The new Repository feature in Moodle 2.0 Preview Release allows all Moodle users to easily bring content into Moodle from external repositories. It is possible to setup a connection to the following repositories:

Once enabled at admin level, this gives teachers and students the possibility to import files from these remote locations to the Moodle course. The following video, briefly introduces the repository API settings, and how repositories are practically used by importing a file from GoogleDocs and an image from Flickr.
