10 more reasons to move to Moodle 2 – part 2

As mentioned last week, I have created three presentations on 10 reasons to move to Moodle 2. So yes, that is 30 reasons put into three presentations in no particular order.

Today I release number 2 – “10 MORE reasons to move to Moodle 2“.

These presentations aim to help answer the question – what are the differences between Moodle 1.9 and Moodle 2?

Changes

Between the releases of the versions Moodle 2.0 and 2.1, Moodle 2 now has a large range of feature improvements over Moodle 1.9.  But which are the top 10?

In these 3 blog posts and videos, I go through 30 reasons why one should consider moving from Moodle 1.9 to Moodle 2. After the 3rd post, I will be asking you,  my blog readers to vote for which reasons you feel are the key ones and see if together we can find a top 10. So if you want to join me in this road of exploration through some of the Moodle 2 features, check out the second presentation below.

“10 More reasons to move to Moodle 2”

If you haven’t checked it out, here is the link to the first post.

** If you want to vote for your 10 reasons, please comment on this, or the other videos!

The two key ones for me would be the addition of a private files area, and the mobile device interface. Both things that I think add to the usability of a VLE / LMS.
